CASE STUDY: Driving Applications for a Law Firm

THE OBJECTIVE

A law firm wanted to increase applications to their internship programme and increase attendance to their events on campus.

On-Campus Promotions hired 10 Brand Ambassadors to represent their brand and promote their internship programme across target universities.

HOW?

Brand Ambassadors were employed across ten target universities. They were charged with collecting the data of first and second year students, organising social media competitions and promoting the employer’s events.

The Brand Ambassadors also promoted the employer’s events and opportunities in ‘student only’ areas, such as lectures and society meetings.

Over the campaign, they engaged 48 key contacts across the target universities, including heads of department, lecturers and careers services.

RESULTS

11 hires were made at a single university, and overall the campaign yielded a 10% increase in applications YOY.

The conversion rate of attendance to application for attendees of our client’s events also increased. 75% of students that attended an event applied for their internship programme, with 10% of these applicants being hired as graduates.

“On-Campus Promotions was integral to improving attendance to our careers events, and in turn, increasing applications for our internship programme. The team were a delight to work with, and were always swift responders to any emails or questions we had about the campaign.”
