GSK

Brand Ambassadors directly driving hires

The challenge

GSK is one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the world, developing and manufacturing innovative medicines, vaccines and consumer healthcare products.

However, unless you’re a STEM student already clued up on the industry, it’s unlikely that you would know about the wealth of early career opportunities they offer.

In fact, GSK’s award-winning graduate programme is among the largest in the UK. They are always searching for early talent.

So last year, they wanted their brand to be showcased among ALL students, not just those in STEM - to attract the unattracted.

Introducing… GSK Brand Ambassadors.

Our campaign

We partnered with GSK to raise their profile on key universities using student influencers and authentic content creators - Brand Ambassadors.

GSK wanted students to know that they recruit all types of talent, no matter their degree or background. Our Brand Ambassadors were the perfect way to carry this message onto campus.

Student influencers reached out to their peers through social media marketing and small pop-up events. All the while, sharing key assets across their university networks.

With a focus on increasing diversity and building a talent community, GSK Brand Ambassadors grew their talent community on-campus and online.

Collecting the contact details of interested students allowed us to keep the conversation going by sending a series of emails expanding on GSK’s career opportunities and culture.

This information also allowed our team to measure the success and ROI of each Brand Ambassador activity.
