What does it mean to work at RMP?

We’re a team of 45 people who are driven to make RMP a success, and make sure that our marketing-leading products continue to grow and push the boundaries of our industry. Practicing our company values empowers everyone at RMP to do just that. From the walls of our office to performance reviews and quarterly awards, EPIC-A is at the heart of everything we do. 

As well as this, our "why" is ever-present in our day to day. We’re all here because of the personal experiences of our founders Ali, Ollie and Chris when they were on their placement year at university. Eleven years later, they still sit beside us everyday, reminding us why we are here and why what we do matters. It’s a flat structure so that everyone across the company interacts with people at all levels and are afforded a huge amount of autonomy in their work. Even though you might expect it, the success we have seen over the past decade has not gone to our heads.
