We’re a team of around 40 people who are driven to make RMP a success, and make sure that our market-leading products continue to grow and push the boundaries of our industry. Practicing our company values empowers everyone at RMP to do just that; EPIC-A is at the heart of everything we do. We've adapted incredibly well over the last year, and although we have been working remotely since March 2020, our priority is to ensure our team still feel as connected to our mission and to each other as possible. Through honest and transparent business updates, care packages, fitness challenges and zoom parties, the culture we've worked so hard to nurture has kept our spirits high in what has been a very trying year.

Fourteen years later, they still sit beside us everyday, reminding us why we are here and why what we do matters. It’s a flat structure so that everyone across the company interacts with people at all levels and are afforded a huge amount of autonomy in their work - we are trusting by default.
