What does it mean to work at RMP?

We’re a team of around 50 people who are driven to make RMP a success, and make sure that our market-leading products continue to grow and push the boundaries of our industry. Practicing our company values empowers everyone at RMP to do just that; EPIC-A is at the heart of everything we do. We've adapted incredibly well in the pandemic, and although we now work much more remotely, our priority is to ensure our team still feel as connected to our mission and to each other as possible. Through a sincere commitment to flexibility, honest and transparent business updates, care packages, fitness challenges and social events, the culture we've worked so hard to nurture has kept our spirits high in what has been a very trying time. And the great news is, we're growing! We have had 16 incredible people join the team since March 2021.
