Open Roles

We have no open roles at the moment.

What does it mean to work at RMP?

We’re a team of around 50 people who are driven to make RMP a success, and make sure that our market-leading products continue to grow and push the boundaries of our industry. Practicing our company values empowers everyone at RMP to do just that. From the walls of our office to performance reviews and quarterly awards, EPIC-A is at the heart of everything we do.

disability confident committedWe’re all here because of the personal experiences of our founders Ali, Ollie and Chris when they were on their placement year at university. Eleven years later, they still sit beside us everyday, reminding us why we are here and why what we do matters. It’s a flat structure so that everyone across the company interacts with people at all levels and are afforded a huge amount of autonomy in their work. Even though you might expect it, the success we have seen over the past decade has not gone to our heads.

OC Excellence Award 2016

We have a strong culture of reward and recognition, and celebrate all the successes we can. Our team of Culture Champions work hard to ensure a positive working environment for all, and instills the mindset that recognition isn’t just for those who shout the loudest.

Centrepoint-Logo-RGBWe're also a corporate sponsor of charity Centrepoint. Centrepoint provides housing and support for young people in London, Manchester, Yorkshire and the North East and through partnerships all over the UK. They aim to give homeless young people a future and we want to end youth homelessness.
