We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Services team. Working on campaigns to attract students and inspire them to take the first steps in their career, we are looking for a creative and dedicated individual to work collaboratively with customers and teammates alike. If you are an driven person who is motivated by achieving results, we want to hear from you. 

Who are our customers?

The customers you will be working with are all employers who provide early talent work experience schemes, which includes apprenticeships, internships, placement years and insight days. Their main objectives will typically be to market these schemes to the best students, which we deliver through digital and creative campaigns, campus events and Brand Ambassadors. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Campaigns

    • Main client contact on all campaigns you are leading on, with knowledge of client’s industries and recruitment processes.
    • Deliver on all aspects of the campaign from planning, set-up, recruitment, training, promotional content, external suppliers, delivery, to end-of-campaign reporting.
    • Design and run training days (face to face or virtually) and briefing calls for Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they are equipped to accurately represent our clients.
    • Manage regular updates with clients to ensure their campaign is performing well; including tracking of all campaign KPIs, performance to campaign objectives and creating reports
    • Motivate and incentivise your teams of Brand Ambassadors to perform and hit their targets
    • Be ultimately responsible for the campaign hitting targets and objectives
    • Be responsible for campaign P&L to ensure the campaign comes in on or under budget
    • Work with the Commercial team; attending meetings, encouraging top-ups and cross selling
    • Responsible for renewal of business from campaigns being managed personally.

About the team

The Client Services team is made up of a mix of Customer Success Managers and Account Managers. Their main focus as a team is to provide clients with the best customer experience possible whilst also delivering high performing campaigns. They all work very closely together and support each other to ensure they are doing both of those things consistently. They are a high performance team who genuinely care for one another's wellbeing and have a range of experience levels amongst them, so there is support and guidance at every stage. 



Skills and experience:


  • Project and/ or campaign management experience of between 1-2 years
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and channels
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Brilliant with people and confident in building relationships
  • Capable in delivering presentations and training 
  • Brilliant listening skills
  • Comfortable adapting to changing situations
  • Able to come up with solutions to challenges faced by trying new alternatives 
  • Passion for coaching young people and willingness go above and beyond for your clients
  • Highly motivated by hitting targets and achieving results


  • Industry experience within Higher Education or working with students
  • Remotely managing teams of Brand Ambassadors


£25,000 - £29,000 per annum depending upon experience.

If successful we will be in touch and you will be invited for a first stage phone interview. Following that, we will ask you to complete a work task and invite you to a Zoom interview. There may be an additional, final stage should we need it. We aim for our recruitment process to take around two-weeks.
