Linklaters

Innovation generating hires

The challenge

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Linklaters approached us to help them engage with students during lockdown.

Linklaters had previously offered insight days in their offices for around 200 students.

They also visited university campuses offering coffee, networking and skills sessions.

But with both of their traditional in-person attraction activities off the table, how could they still offer students an engaging and valuable experience?

The RMP team adapted and innovated FAST. We put together a unique and successful virtual campaign designed to captivate students from their kitchen table.

Our campaign

We transformed Linklaters’ office tours into a fully virtual experience. Our team created a 360° virtual office environment based on Linklaters London HQ.

Students could access the environment remotely. The idea was to create the feel of an ‘office visit’ while they were at home.

Step Into Linklaters was hosted on a microsite populated with various ‘hotspots’. Within these areas students could engage with the brand, listen to stories from Trainees and take part in a virtual activity.

We promoted the campaign across UK universities through our Brand Ambassadors and Linklaters’ existing talent community via RMP Connect.

The campaign was complemented by…

An integrated virtual event strategy

Ongoing Brand Ambassador promotion across social media

An email marketing campaign delivered to all students in their talent community
