What do students really think about D&I?

Earlier this year, we surveyed 1,672 students from 74 universities across the UK to discover what students really thought about D&I.

Students from groups including LGBTQ+, BAME, low socio-economic backgrounds and those with a disability cited the below as their most important considerations when considering job opportunities...

  • Positive work environment
  • Truly interesting work
  • Mental health support and initiatives

The event

On the back of our research, we’re bringing together up to 2,000 students and 20 employers for an exclusive virtual event focused on D&I. It’s open and accessible to ALL.

Our Open Door Event: Well-being at Work will take place in a bespoke, virtual environment, featuring TED-style Talks, Headline Presentations, Competitions and Employer Booths.

How can YOU get involved?

Employer Booths

Showcase key information, video and downloadable content in your fully-branded booth on how your organisation supports accessibility and well-being in the workplace.

Your booth will be live for two full days, and can support face-to-face networking with students.

This is a marvellous way to build up your talent community when you can’t be there in-person.

Lead the discussion

Enhance your EVP by delivering keynote presentations, TED-style talks or panel discussions on the Main Stage.

From yoga or mindfulness sessions in the workplace or your CSR initiatives - students want to know what you offer.

We asked students to tell us what really matters to them. And they did.

This is YOUR opportunity to showcase how your organisation supports accessibility, mental health and well-being.

There are limited places available on a first come first served basis, so get in touch with us to book your spot now!
